More than 25 years ago, six friends with a shared obsession for skiing the best mountains in North America started a club. We weren’t professionals, just a tight-knit crew with a love for fresh powder, back bowls, and the kind of stories only mountain life can write. We named ourselves the Original 6 - a nod to the pioneers of extreme skiing, legends like Shane McConkey and Glen Plake, who inspired us to push boundaries, chase adventure, and explore the wildest terrain we could find.

Our “Original 6” included:

• Jason Murray, HVAC business owner and the guy you want around when things need fixing.

• Mike Rix, a farmer with grit, heart, and a killer sense of humor.

• Adam and Luke Bazuk, brothers, business partners, and your go-to team for mortgages and real estate.

• Evan Aistrop, another HVAC entrepreneur and loyal trip companion.

• And Uncle Steve Brown — the OG founder of the group, and uncle to Adam and Luke. The man who brought us together and got this whole thing rolling.

While only four of us (Jason, Mike, Adam, and Luke) are behind this current venture, Evan and Uncle Steve are forever part of the journey. We wouldn’t be here without them, and something tells us they’ll be first in line to stay in our new place.

From Slopes to Strategy

 Over the years, we’ve ridden through whiteouts, skied sun-drenched peaks, and shared countless fireside beers reliving the day’s runs. We’ve seen the evolution of ski towns firsthand, some lose their charm, others rise to something special but Revelstoke? It kept pulling us back. There was something different about this place. It had the soul we loved, the raw terrain, the local vibe, and a mountain that still feels wild. So when we saw the town entering a new phase of thoughtful development, we knew the time was right. This wasn’t just another investment. It was the next chapter in our adventure, one we wanted to share.

We planted roots in Mackenzie Village, steps away from Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR), and built something we’re truly proud of. Our condos are more than just a place to stay, they’re an extension of our story. You’ll find:

• A setting designed to help you unplug, unwind, and dive into mountain life

The village has everything you need; a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants for your après, and a café to kickstart your mornings. And while the town and the mountain are the main attraction, we’ve made sure your stay with us will only elevate the experience, not take away from it.
